The Storage Sense manager in the Ozark Office was very professional and helpful in renting me a rental space. She was honest about the pricing and the sizes of each unit in addition she explained what unit would fit the items I described that needed to be storage. The facility is well kept and definitely secure. I recommend to anyone.

Renting was extremely easy and relatively quick to do online. Local site management called very soon after to verify the completion of my rental and answer any questions I had. They were genuinely kind in welcoming me as a customer to the company, and helpful with verifying I was correct about the location of the annex facility. The facility is very secure, has easy access, the driving surface is near perfect still, and the unit was clean, and they even provided a lock for the unit. My door does have a bit of trouble staying up, but they left me a perfectly cut wedge of Styrofoam to slip in the track to hold it open... it does work perfectly and I applaud their ingenuity lol. The only thing I wish I had known was that renters insurance has to be purchased then added to your bill, or you have to provide your own renter's insurance. It is not part of the advertised price of the unit and isn't mentioned in the details of the unit. Aside from that I would say they have been perfect. There's even a big beautiful quiet dog on the other side of the fence beside my unit. It was just meant to be since I'll have to be there sorting boxes so much.

Excellent experience renting a climate controlled storage unit. We were doing a long distance move and needed a place to store our things in between the transition. Marla was super helpful with all my questions and concerns. I had peace of mind knowing my stuff was secure and the place is well monitored and things are checked up on. Move in and move out were both easy peasy!

The reason for the low star rating is because of how the asphalt is going up and down and in between the units! It makes it near impossible to drive down! My car truck and trailer almost got stuck because of how someone did the layout and concrete! They always scrub the bottom and there’s no way to really turn around either! I’ve never in my life seen anyone build/construct and thing like the way it’s set up! But that’s y I gave a low rating! Sorry!! Thanks!!!
